This is a 2nd floor balcony condo located in Cocomarindo 1/2 mile from downtown Coco on the road to Ocotal with giant near full wall mirrors in the living room and master bedroom. All rooms have separate air conditioning system and ceiling fans. There are screens on all of the windows. No one is above you to make noise walking around or sliding chairs in the middle of the night. No one walking by your door gawking inside your condo since you will be one flight up on a balcony overlooking the pool. Two bicycles with locks are included so you have transportation to and from town for grocery shopping. Two private lounges for use in the pool area so you are not sharing public greasy lounges. Beach towels are included as well as 3 fishing poles and tons of hooks, lures, and accessories, plus fins and masks for snorkeling, air mattresses for pool, frisbees, a coffee maker, rice maker, blender, coffee bean grinder for fresh coffee, security safe for storing valuables, all included. This is only condo with such amenities right in front of the largest pool in the area. You have everything you need here at your fingertips.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam top. Lamp stands and lamps are on either side of the bed. There are separate ceiling fans and air conditioning units in the master bedroom, guest room which has two twin beds, and main living area.

The balcony has 4 chairs, a table, and small circular table for guests. Upstairs balconies are substantially larger than downstairs units that don't have the privacy with people walking by, and the greater likelihood of something you may not want entering your dwelling (occasional iguana, visiting cat, or insects).

The beach is physically just a block away although the walk there is circular amounting to a couple blocks walk.

Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a mile and easy to get to by bicycle or walking. Taxi is only $3 to town.

Cocomarindo condo is a gated community with 24 hour security and guards at the entrance screening all visitors entering the complex.
