    Nieuw buitenmeubilair, nieuwe hoefijzervlek, nieuw dek, nieuw hek, nieuwe lichten, nieuwe zwembaddobbers, nieuw, nieuw, nieuw. We geloven niet in de oude theorie van het opsommen en laten zijn. We blijven updates binnen en buiten doen !!!!!
    We zijn trots op het feit dat al onze kamers zijn voorzien van queensize bedden met hoofdeinden, nieuwe matrassen, fris beddengoed, veel kussens, mooie handdoeken, waterkruiken met een bril, tv's, zeep en shampoo, en een warm comfortabel gevoel.
    Ik breng meer dan 200 nachten per jaar door in hotels en we hebben de beste ideeën uit al deze eigenschappen gebruikt om uw ervaring bij ons top te maken.
    We hebben meer dan 20 vijfsterrenrecensies met AirBNB. We blijven elke kamer van het huis updaten tijdens de wintermaanden, nieuwe verdiepingen op het lagere niveau, nieuwe tapijten in verschillende kamers, verse verf in verschillende kamers en plannen om updates in de achtertuin te doen komen in de lente !!!!
    Huis is 3 jaar geleden gekocht en elke kamer is bijgewerkt. Tijdens uw verblijf kunt u genieten van een rustieke privétuin met zwembad. Dit is onze full-time thuis, en we zijn verheugd om met u delen. Meer dan 1700 vierkante meter boven, waaronder 3 slaapkamers, een grote meester, een boven privé en een gezellig en comfortabel, eetkamer, woonkamer, veranda, keuken, complete badkamer allemaal bijgewerkt. 800 vierkante meter in de open lager niveau, woonkamer, open haard en een complete badkamer, eethoek, kitchenette en slaapkamer met een queensize bed. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van queensize bedden met nieuwe matrassen (Simmons Schoonheidsrust). Beide woonkamers hebben sectionele banken en elke woonkamer is voorzien van HDTV's en een rechtstreekse tv. Slaapkamers hebben een draadloze directe tv of Smart TV.
    Maar de buitenruimte zorgt ervoor dat je al je tijd daar doorbrengt. 6 voet privacy hek, achterdek, zwembad, poolhouse, hangmat, vuurplaats, hoefijzers, 2 grills, lounge stoelen, nieuwe sectionele bank en een tafel voor 2019 !!! Een volledige buitenoase op slechts enkele minuten van SPAC (fietstocht), 4 mijl naar het centrum en het racecircuit. Dus of u nu komt voor een evenement of gewoon om weg te komen, ons huis biedt u, uw familie of groep alle comfort om thuis te zijn.

    Nieuw voor 2019, we zijn een partnerschap aangegaan met onze buurman om een persoonlijke chef-kok te bieden voor maaltijden. Evenementen zijn toegestaan, maar alleen met behulp van hosts Private Chef, Pastry Chef, Photographer en Musicians. Dank je

The host contacted me several days before our stay providing details about property and the area. She offered us to check in early. The host met us at the property and gave us a walking tour showing us house features and how to use them. The host was extremely courteous and the property matched the description and met our needs. I would recommend this property.

Great property, even better host!

Could not be happier with my decision to rent from Andrew and Tracy! House was clean, Tracy was wonderful with the check-in process, and the whole group had a great time! The Piñon Wood worked great in the fire! Couldn’t recommend renting from anyone else other than Andrew and Tracy! You guys made my wife’s 30th birthday so special and memorable! Thanks!

Great location and great owners!

Andrew and Tracy went above and beyond making sure we made the most out of our stay. They provided detailed information about things to do in the area, places to eat and sights to see. It was a great location and close to northern lake George and the outlets. They always checked in to see if we needed anything and see how everything was going. The house was beautiful and fit our family of 8. I would definitely book again ;)

Amazing stay in Saratoga

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful property in Saratoga. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative about things to do including breweries, vineyards, restaurants, hikes and more. The property itself is beautiful and exactly how it’s pictured. The pool was so great, fire pit was awesome, all the outdoor seating was great as well for our 6 person group. The house is very close to downtown and a to. If great restaurants including Docks which I highly recommend. We can’t say more about how great our time was- we hope to come back!

Saratoga weekend

Great house that was perfect for our group. We used it as home base for track and for a concert. Clean, convenient and charming. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking. 8 of us used outdoor pool and well lighted back yard area Saturday night after long day at track . Best house we have stayed in around Saratoga in our mnay years.

Fantastic!

We stayed at Geyser Crest for an extended weekend to see a concert a SPAC. The property exceeded expectations. The house was well appointed with everything one could need to sit down and relax. The pool and the fire pit were the highlights of the home, as well as the basement “suite” which was perfect for our pregnant friend to gain some cool quietness, and easy access to a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The home also has access to a private chef that you can use if you would like a nice meal cooked for you on property. We scheduled him for a Friday night bday dinner. The food was good and the price reasonable to have a night off of shopping, cooking and cleaning. We have rented a few properties over the past years and this one comes in as a new favorite. The homeowners are lovely, too. We will rent here again!

Incredible!

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks in August, I use VRBO for most vacations and stays away from home, and Andrew and Tracy are among the best hosts I have encountered! The house was perfectly prepared and the pool was exactly what we needed, we were actually there for work, and it was great that our kids would have something to do without having to take them anywhere. Tracy was super attentive, if we needed anything or had a question about anything, I could just text her anytime and she would respond. The grill was awesome and ready to go, everything we needed to cook with was there in the kitchen, It was definitely a home away from home (plus a pool!), which far and above exceeded our expectations!

Excellent!

Tracy and Andrew were amazing hosts! They were very accommodating and were more than happy to answer any questions leading up to our stay. The house is very clean, each room had it's own bedding, bathrooms were super clean, and we had more than enough space for our party of 9. The backyard was amazing; lots of space and has a great layout. The weekend we were up at the house was super hot, so having the pool was awesome. At night, the fire pit was a wonderful way to get everyone around after a day out in Saratoga. Overall we had an amazing time and highly recommend their house for a nice get away. We hope to be back soon!
