PlayaLido Unit 4
Is a 1bedroom unit with queen size bed, living room with queen size sleep-sofa, full kitchen, WiFi and flat-screen TV.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a relaxing beach trip. It is in such a great location and has what you need for a beach trip. Communication with the owner was very easy and helpful too! I’ll absolutely be back!

Beach Time

The cottage was adorabla & the location was perfect with the beach a 5 minute or less walk St. Armands Circle was an easy walk also with plenty of shopping & restaurants to enjoy. In all, a perfect beach vacation!

Just what we were looking for

My daughter and I enjoyed everything about this cozy, clean home. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, easy access to beach. We had Publix deliver a few groceries and used Uber to and from airport. No car rental needed for our 4 night stay. Walked to St Armand’s Circle for shopping and a couple of nice dinners. Eleanora was super accommodating, allowing us a late checkout. We wouldn’t change a thing about our trip!

Hidden Gem on Lido Beach

My wife and I stayed 18 days and loved it. Perfect location. One block from Lido Beach, short walk to St Armand's Circle. Nice quiet location. Eleanor was an excellent host. She responded to text messages immediately. We were able to arrive a little early and check out a little late. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Small shower but nice hot water. Kitchen appeared to be well stocked with utensils though we only made breakfast. Smart TV with Netflix, Xfinity, and other apps loaded. Washer and dryer available for use in common area. We plan to be back next year.

Winter visit to Sarasota

In early January I rented Playalido #4. This little beach house was wonderful for our short stay. It has a fun beachy vibe with plenty of space for a small family. The kitchen and dinning area had plenty of room. The bed and bath worked fine. My kids slept on the pull-out couch in the living room without issue. Also, the lofted "bonus space" was a perfect kids play area! Playalido is we'll located with easy access to Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. Additionally, Eleonora was great to deal with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. I would stay here again.

I love this little place!

My second stay here, and it was great once again. The location and proximity to the beach (5 minute walk) can't be beat, and Eleonora was a wonderful host. If I had a concern or a problem, she was on it right away. A perfect place to get away to and decompress - I'll be back! Thanks, Eleonora!

Great location for our anniversary trip

This was the perfect rental for our anniversary trip. Loved that it was a little over a block to the beach and a short 15 minute walk to St. Armand’s Circle. They provided everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. We very much loved going for runs in the morning exploring the area, driving up the coast, going to the beautiful Lido Beach and dining out. Highly recommend!

Great small place in a great location!

Unit #4 was tucked in the back and private. Such a great location with a short walk to public beach access. The host was accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay again.
