Welcome to Surf Camp Cottage located just 3 houses down from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Surf Camp Cottage is a ground level half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths and its own private patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the heated pool, outdoor shower and Weber grill. In the garage, you will find a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for a relaxing day at the beach. Inside you will find the spacious living area with sliding doors onto the patio. The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for 4 and is open to the living area for easy entertaining. In the evening you can retreat to the master suite where you will enjoy the comfortable king size bed with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets. Linens, towels and beach towels are included in the cottage.

Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full-service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible.
While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are located in our homes as well as our arrival information.

Absolutely Perfect

Surf Club was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, and the private spool was delightful! Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon included with the rental. We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Absolutely loved Surf Camp and when we go back to Anna Maria Island, we hope to stay there again. The pool was perfect and being so close to the beach was amazing. The amenities were top notch! The only thing we wished they had is some throw blankets for the living room. We loved that the beach house came with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, speaker and beach towels. We rented a gem car and a cabana for the week which they drop off at your door. Absolutely perfect!

Had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about this house. Perfect for family. The house was renovated, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect, 1-min walk to beach and close to all the restaurants.. We watched sunset every day. Enjoyed the pool. Everyone in the family had a memorable stay. Would love to come back!

Fantastic cottage near beach

Surf Camp was spotlessly clean, well maintained & well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Located two minutes walk from the beach, with use of beach towels, sun umbrella, cool box, beach chairs & cart to easily transport everything. Great to have use of a washing machine & tumble dryer too. We hired bikes through Lizzie Lu’s, which were at the property when we arrived. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and definitely won’t be our last. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Surf Camp again, as it was perfect for our family of three.

Spent spring break 2022 at Surf Camp. This was our 11th year on AMI. We have stayed in multiple houses over the years and have to say this one is at the top of the list. Lizzy Lu's staff was on top of everything. The home was spotless. I couldn't get over their attention to details. Not only was the home well appointed we were provided with a welcome gift bag with the little annoying things you hate to have to buy when you get there such as dish and hand soap, laundry detergent and drier sheets etc. It was so thoughtful! I also was impressed with the quality of the linens and cookware. The location of this home was ideal for where we like to be on the island and just a short walk to the beach. Lizzy also provided functional, but cute beach chairs and a cooler as well as wagon to haul it all. I've never had the privilege of a wagon before - it was awesome! My one tiny complaint was the pillow topper on the master bedroom king bed. Not for me. My husband said it didn't bother him - guess I'm like the princess and the pea... Overall EXCELLENT rental property! Already booked for next year and recommended to friends!!! See you next year AMI!

Perfect location

Loved our trip to Anna Marie surf camp is a nice little duplex. The duplex is small with just one inside shower. Location is perfect just a short walk to the beach. Duplex has everything thing you need and more to make it the perfect beach trip. We would stay here again.

All the fun at Surf Camp!

My husband and I have just returned from a week at Surf Camp in celebration of our wedding anniversary. This property was everything we needed and more! Ben and Keren's attention to detail in this property (and I imagine all of their properties) is extraordinary! The beach is just around the corner from the house, a very short/easy walk. The location of the house in relevance to places to eat and things to do is great as well. The house is equipped with everything we needed and more - beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrellas, plentiful bath linens, kitchen gadgets for every need, a portable blue tooth speaker and so much more. The king sized bed was very comfortable also! I loved using the smart phone app, too! The app was equipped with places to eat, things to do, and lots of vital information that I referred to all week. We could not have dreamed up a better vacation home. Thank you to Ben and Keren, and the rest of the Lizzie Lu's staff for making this one of our best vacations yet. We are already looking forward to next year!

Surf Camp is a great place to stay. It is immediately obvious, the owners take great pride in keeping the property well kept. We had everything we could possible need including beach chairs and towels. It is decorated to give you a real beach cottage feel the minute you walk it. We found it comfortable and relaxing and the beach is only steps away. The heated pool and outdoor shower were really nice too. And let's not forget Surf Camp is on the beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Surf Camp is INCREDIBLE!! It is very close to the beach. It is beautiful inside and out and very clean. The owners are very kind and attentive. Anything that you need you can call them and they will provide to you. The private pool is great. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
