Dining table seats 6 or 7 if you use the additional dining bench, overlooking the pool through sliding glass doors & windows. The kitchen is well-appointed with high end cookware, flatware, serving pieces and sharp knives… along with just about anything else you could possibly want in the kitchen! There is a grill in the backyard with all the grilling tools you will need. Covered front patio with ceiling lights & fans is tucked under a metal roof - the perfect place to dine or sit in the swinging chair, even in the rain! The private pool is yours alone, and if you've swam in a salt water pool before, you know how soft and luxurious the water feels. Three feet deep at each end, gently sloping to five feet in the center - perfect for volleyball! There is an outdoor shower with hot & cold water located on the pool patio.
