Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen
The biggest problem I had was I had NO hot (nor even luke warm) water. I literally ran the bathroom sink tap for 45 minutes - no even warm water. The same in the sink in the kitchen area. I also ran the bath tub faucet (to take a shower) for about 10 min - no hot water there either, but I did have at least 6 inches of water in the tub - drain didn't work. So forget about the shower. I had to leave the room at 6:30 for an early flight - got to the top of the steps and the outside lights all went out! I had to walk down the stairs with my suitcase in the dark! For an older person, this isn't a good idea. Minor - the description mentioned a hair dryer in the room. None there. I asked for one when leaving for dinner. He said he would put it in my room. Not there when I returned, I then called the desk and he said it was on the chair outside my room - evidently he remembered and saw me return and hurried the dryer up - there was no dryer on the chair when I returned, as I turned the chair to match the others.
Now a bigger problem:
My friend needed a first floor room - her companion can't do stairs - they stayed there 3 weeks previously and were promised a first floor room when they returned - even gave them a room number. When checking in (around 3:30) they were told there were no first floor rooms and put them on the second floor. If they didn't want it he would return their money. He was very rude about it, no "I Then I checked in and they me a first floor room!
