If you're seeking a centrally located vacation home just moments from top amenities—including shopping centers, grocery stores, renowned restaurants, and the stunning Siesta Key Beach—you've found the perfect place. This fully renovated home offers a tranquil retreat in a safe, quiet neighborhood, complete with modern luxuries to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.

The main home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience. For those traveling with extended family or friends, an optional detached guest suite—"The Surf Shack"—serves as a fourth bedroom and is available for an additional $39 per night total. If you choose to include it in your stay, we’ll send a separate invoice after booking. Please note: the listed price reflects the main home only.

The Surf Shack is detached from the main home and features its own private entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and Wi-Fi—perfect for guests seeking added privacy and independence.

Excellent Location

My family and I had a wonderful time in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area. This home was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do from going to the beach, fishing, shopping and dinning out. The house was nice and clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The guesthouse was too cute! The outdoor living area was perfect for the additional space it provided and the kids couldn’t get enough of swimming in the pool. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect vacation home

We adored everything about this home. The location was fantastic! Walmart & Publix were just a few minutes away, along with many other stores. So many beaches to pick from, depending on how far you want to drive that day. All five of my children are already asking to book this home again. We even took a couple days to just hang around the house & enjoy the pool.

This place is PERFECT!

We were allowed to check in early and check out late, which is pretty rare. The location of this house is near the beach and every store you could possibly need. The beds and the bedding were excellent. House was cleaned impeccably, and I am picky. The pool is much prettier in person than the pictures depict and there were plenty of toys to play with. Big TV’s in every room. The screen porch is amazing. If you are visiting Sarasota and need a place to stay, this is it. The owners were extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed staying here. It was conveniently located to the things we did. It was just a short drive to siesta key. It had plenty of room for a family of four. Our grown kids loved having their own rooms and we put the kitchen and grill to good use. We also appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that we used most days. The pool was nice but too cool to swim in during Dec/Jan. We would stay there again.

Awesome rental!

My husband, our grown son, his significant other and an 11 year old had a wonderful Christmas in this home! The weather was cold for Florida so we did not venture out much but shopping was really close so we cooked all our meals and just made memories! The pool is not heated so I was not expecting to be able to use it anyway. We had our fur babies with us and they enjoyed the fully fenced yard as much as the rest of their human family. The lanai was great too with a tv so on the warm days we took advantage. We are from Illinois and we missed a blizzard with temperatures -40 degrees so we were very happy to be in this cute little beach house for Christmas 2022!

Chris was an amazing host!! He was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions! His place was clean and neat! My husband and I absolutely loved staying at his place! Wonderful house. Has a screened in lanai which comes in really handy for kids, or to just get away from everyone else lol. Around the corner from that is a perfect screened pool. Amazing place close to everything

This is an amazing three bedroom home with plenty of room. Separate seating areas by the pool, kitchen, three season porch. The decorations were perfect and gave you a sense of being on the beach. The pool was so clean and beautiful. The hopes were excellent and would definitely stay here again. Definitely enough room for a bigger family.

It was fun!

The property is really nice and clean. Chris was very good about responding and getting things done fast. We asked if there were lights by pool and the next day he made sure to hang up string lights that he had in storage. The house was very clean and everything was nice. The bedrooms were good size and the layout is nice. My husband and I were wishing it was our house because it would be perfect for our family. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a hot tub. LOL The house is in a great area, next to Publix or drive the opposite way for a Walmart Superstore. Also, it's very close to Siesta Key beach, downtown Sarasota and all those fun little restaurants. I highly recommend booking this place. Chris was very friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay great! Thanks a lot Chris! :)
