Large, private backyard for fun or quiet contemplation featuring Newly Renovated kidney shaped Salt water, heated pool, Rubber decking around pool, outdoor shower and modern outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs and dining area.

Tropical property featuring many fruit trees including mango, banana and mulberry, as well as many species of palm trees.

Full chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, French door fridge with ice maker, Jenn-Air stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was lovely. I loved the layout. The owner was super responsive when we needed the heat, as we were there for a cold weekend. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool, though it looked really nice. The towels were amazing. Overall, wonderful experience.

Das Haus war exakt wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Besonders die Betten waren sehr angenehm.Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt.Der Pool war angenehm warm.Die Lage in Arlington Park war sehr zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Shopping.Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder.

The home has a wonderful location and good layout for guests. It was well stocked with the essentials for a nice visit. My only criticism is that all of the seating is very low to the ground. The sofas were hard to use for older guests.

Darling place that is very spacious for the overall square footage. The decor was charming, the beds were like heaven, and the heated pool in the private, screened back yard was fantastic! The kitchen had everything needed to make gourmet meals in the evenings, or to just grab a quick breakfast as you start your day. Located close to most everything, but still a peaceful oasis. Host is very responsive, and has clearly defined rules & regs to make your stay easy and comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location...very close to shops, restaurants and Siesta Keys Beach. Everything was cleaned, organized, and well stocked. The host provided detailed information upon check in / throughout the stay...very quick to respond! The backyard was (plentiful) immaculately landscaped...fully fence with grass for the pups and immense privacy. Loved the heated pool (long enough for laps) and heated outdoor shower. The design / layout was amazing, all bedrooms faced the pool with sliding glass doors, blinds and roller shades. The beds were bery comfortable, cold AC and fans. Love the back bed room with the couch our main hangout. The front room main TV area was great for movie night very spacious! Will be recommending this place to others!!

Amazing!

The Palm House is exactly as listed. It is a beautiful, open space house that feels like home. The house was extremely clean upon check in, everything needed for our stay was availably ( kitchen utensils and cookwear, linens, towel, beach chairs, beach towels, etc). We used the pool every day and couldnt have been happier. The landscaping was a nice bonus as it is beautiful. We would recommend the Palm House to anyone considering a stay in Sarasota.

Chic Cottage - Would Not Hesitate to Book Again

We love this property’s aesthetic, chill vibe, pool, landscaping, and location! Central location - easy commute to beaches, interstate/main roads, grocery, restaurants, 30 min fro SRQ airport.Cleanliness - Clean and exactly as described.Beach Accessories - Lovely to have beach items (chairs, cooler, bag, umbrella, awning, floaties) accessible.Pool - lovely and warm. Hot tub - isn’t really a hot tub but rather a ledge in the pool with jet. No worry for us as it was still an enjoyable spot to perch and chat. Landscaping - Lovely! Up lighting was a nice touch. Loved the many trees and plants. Enjoyed watching the squirrels and bunny in the garden. Bedrooms - Simplistic styling, nice. Comfy beds. Floor plan is a bit different with having to go through one bedroom to get to another. and although louvered doors fit the aesthetic, not great for privacy. Bathrooms - Good water pressure.Overall, loved and would book again!

Good Stay

House is clean which is important. Almost felt as if I was in my own home. We booked this as 3 couples given a 3 bedroom listing. For family this would be perfect but as couples the last bedroom seemed to be an add on connected to the middle bedroom which had one of the two bathrooms. In order to exit the bedroom you had to walk through middle bedroom with no separate doorway to the common areas of the house. This was a little akward if someone needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Doors also were louvred between rooms so you can hear everything. Again, perfect home for families or if you are comfortable with the above layout. That is our only thing. Everything else just fine and would recommend. Host very responsive and accommodating.
