  • Light filled, walk to the bay and Ringling Museum. This one-bedroom, 750-sf Cottage is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous bay - perfect for sunsets! Yet, it is close to all the action. Walking distance (just a few blocks) Ringling Museum, and the Asolo Theatre.

    The Cottage has one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, and a screened lanai. The bright and spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite with a walk in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer tucked away in the kitchen is available for your use. The screened lanai is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the outdoors.

    Hop in the car and drive just minutes to beaches, farmer's market, dining, shopping, galleries, the Ringling School of Art & Design, and New College. Downtown Sarasota is a dining mecca. Walk the quaint streets and visit art galleries and a variety of stores featuring hand-crafted items.

    Flying in to Sarasota? It will take you less than 5 minutes to arrive at your vacation paradise.

    Get VIP treatment at The Reserve Retreat, my restaurant which is just a few minutes’ drive south on Tamiami. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Very nice place just as advertised. Very safe area and within walking distance to things to do. Lot’s of neighbors walking in this neighborhood. You can’t go wrong unless you choose not to stay here.

A gem of a cottage, close to the airport and the beach. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a park on Sarasota Bay, and the screened-in lanai was perfect for a drink in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed this little one bedroom that had everything I needed to enjoy a two week local art workshop. Host very responsive, little garden and neighborhood lovely and nice for walking. Bed and linens very comfortable. Short trip to Lido beach or downtown! I would stay here again for sure.

Our casita stay was quiet and comfortable, and the location was fabulous. We could easily walk to the Ringling property (highly recommend) and the bay. The screened in porch was perfect for curling up with a book and decompressing, while also taking in the lush garden surroundings. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we really couldn’t ask for anything more during our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to state road 41, the main thoroughfare for getting around town. Walk to the Ringling Museum. Everything you might need was provided. The Casita was very clean and private.

Our stay at this cottage was excellent for two people. It is a great location and the cottage was equipped with everything you might. The host was easy to contact by message to answer any questions you might have. We felt very safe at this location. The only thing I might suggest to be added to the cottage would be some coasters so that is a pretty minor issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sarasota cottage. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for. When the microwave stopped working, the owner had it replaced within a day—truly exceptional responsiveness. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Short but Very Pleasant

We stayed only night as a stop to meet up with the rest of our family for vacation. The host was friendly and very responsive with texts to inform us throughout the stay. The amenities were nice and the cottage was very nice.

We were in town for an event at the Ringling museum. The place was very convenient and comfortable. Good directions from owner and when we had an issue with missing coffee maker, she corrected right away.

Cozy cottage, great location in quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for walking to the bay or driving to the wonderful restaurants in Sarasota! Easy drive to Siesta Key beach. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. Jessica replaced an item that was missing within 15 minutes and when we had to adjust our vacation dates, Jessica was very helpful and accommodating.

Anniversary getaway

The properly was clean and easy to find, For a couple or a small size family, this home is perfect, nice privacy and it's got all the basic needs. The only reason I gave a 4 Star in cleanliness is because we found small pieces of shells on the bed. I would definitely recommend this place.
