**Pool/Spa settings are all scheduled 9am to 7pm. When purchased, pool heat is set to 82-85 degrees , however if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed**

 The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a shared bathroom. The 3 bedroom has a twin bunk bed, perfect children. Games room in the garage with full size ping pong table, foosball table and basketball for two player.

The location is super convenient- minutes from Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, and every grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and list go on. There are plenty of activities such as golfing, fishing, biking, swimming, and boating to keep busy or just relax at the beaches.

Boat Lover: There are enough space for one boat parking (under 23ft). Please notify us at booking that you are bringing a boat. Thank you

The house is in a residential neighborhood, The home itself is on a busier street in the neighborhood; however, newly installed windows make sounds of the street almost non-existent!
