Charming Private Suite, Close to Siesta Key, Florida

Welcome to Casa Oceanica! Our newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a walk-in shower offers comfort and privacy. Although the suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with its own entrance, free parking, and a cozy queen bed. Guests enjoy full privacy and independence when staying with us. The suite includes a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, and mugs. The private suite is attached on the side of our main home. It’s like home while you’re on vacation. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, fresh towels, and hand towels. Water bottles, K-cup coffee, creamer, and tea bags are also available. The suite features a 55" flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a comfy seating area. You'll find a full-size closet with hangers, iron & board, steamer, extra pillows, plus beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Highly recommend! Quiet, peaceful suite just south of busy Sarasota but close to everything! Very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated. Owners are easy to reach and very helpful. Pleasant, private patio to enjoy the warm weather. Suite includes a spacious bedroom with comfortable bed, separate room with full refrig and more for a light meal, and modern bathroom. Hope to stay here again when I return to Florida!

this studio is absolutely adorable! it was very clean and had more than I expected for our stay. It is close to the beaches but not walkable. we ubered to the beach about 11 and then between various types of free transportation could go anywhere from Lido Beach to Siesta Key with tons of things to do and eat. My husband and I will definitely be back. We loved it. Never talked with the host directly but didnt need to either.

This beautifully decorated, comfy ,cozy one bedroom apartment is the perfect siesta key place to stay. It’s only a short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Madison has done a great job here. While there is not a full kitchen there is a full sized fridge and every small appliance you will need. Essential kitchen utensils and dishes also make it easy to fix breakfast or lunch easily. Soft, luxurious linens and towels are a plus! Highly recommend this charmer!

My friend and I booked the place as a girls trip. We were surprised that the place is a shared house and not your own private suite as listed. The owners were nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed but it would be nice to know that it is not your own place.

Mini Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautifully decorated. Madison & Maritza were a great host. The communication was spot on! They are both very concerned about the details to keep you comfortable in the house. The house has everything you need, even stuff you wouldn't even think of "scissor sewing kit" Which we needed for some reason. It is close to everything you need, stores, beaches. I loved that it's in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this for a couple. We are already planning to come back next year!

Watch out!

Everything went smooth for our check in process, the place is impeccable even though it’s small. We were here for a wedding and since we were the closest to the venue we were asked if we could have the grooms party change for the ceremony at our place. I checked with the hosts and they said it was fine and even offered refreshments for them. All was good until one more person than planned arrived and someone stopped by to pick up some keys. The host began blowing up my phone while I was off getting the bridal party ready causing a huge distraction to our whole morning. They pestered me all day to pay them by Venmo a 50 over capacity fee. I was busy so I didn’t have time to deal with it and they finally just added the fee through the VRBO app. Which seemed more appropriate anyway than Venmo. But they charged us 50 for having 5 people in the suite for 1 hour. Ridiculous.
