Casa Coconut AMI unit 3 is located at 4104 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, a delightful island locale directly across the street from the seven acre Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This completely renovated one bedroom, one bath unit sleeps four with a queen size bed in the master suite, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully loaded and features a dishwasher, microwave and stunning black stainless steel appliances. The unit can be combined with #1 and #2 to accommodate those large family gatherings. There are free laundry facilities onsite. A large open deck outside with a gas grill and picnic tables available for your use. There is a 55" flat screen TV in the living room. Free Wifi, cable, and domestic long distance calling is included. Beach chairs and beach gear are available for our guest's enjoyment. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
