The Space:
Enjoy complimentary parking right outside the attached Villa. Then put the car keys away. You can walk, bike, rent a scooter, hop on the free trolley that runs around downtown or even hop in an Uber anytime of the day/night.

The Villa has a brand new kitchen with gas stove, full size appliances and a table ready for 4 people to dine at.

Each bedroom has brand new furniture, with matching dressers and closets too.

The entire villa is tiled and no expense was spared on the remodel.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire Villa. You will also have your own front porch (open), rear porch (covered and screened) with a screen door and 3 steps down to a fenced and block pavered grilling area. Also enjoy the lie down beds on the pavered area too.
The rear porch offers a washer & dryer (please supply your own laundry detergent).

The Neighborhood:
Laurel Park Villas: Just 2 blocks away is the playground and community park. This park has a beautiful gazebo and a newly designed playground for you to enjoy! Many children’s toys can be found there and played with. Please leave them behind for the next child.

Other Things to Note:
The Villa is all on one level with 4 steps at the front porch and 4 steps at the rear porch. Parking is free & assigned right outside your front door.

Pets and smoking is not allowed. There will be an automatic $500 Fine for either. Any changes or cancellations occur a processing fee to cover credit card fees and 3rd party costs. Minimum $100.

Parties and loud/obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Exterior cameras are onsite.

Please do not lower the A/C under 72.

Please do not flush “flushable” wipes down the toilet.

We require a copy of your ID and an e-mail address prior to check in. We do request your anticipated arrival time so we can try to get you checked in early (if possible, not guaranteed) but if you don't provide us with any anticipated arrival time info, then standard check in time is 4pm.
