'There was a festival on site that we were able to attend, a great cultural experience. The room was spacious, smells fresh and clean. The restaurant is veg. The staff was kind. The decor was beautiful! The entrance to the hotel is grand. Exceeded our expectations'

'I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. 'After booking on Expedia, I called and informed hotel that we will reach at 28 th morning at 4.30 am though hotel is booked for 27 to 28 January. Informed same on WhatsApp also about booking. 'Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.'

We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting '
