The accommodation building has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and a gym. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, home to Palmeiras matches and major events; 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural landmark that brings together cultural activities, workshops, and sports fields; and 9 minutes from Bourbon Shopping Center, surrounded by markets, shops, and restaurants, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay!

ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.

Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest with a white background in advance to allow access. Failure to submit a photo that meets these specifications may prevent guests from accessing the accommodation.

For your convenience, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.

⚠️ Noise is permitted after 10 p.m. (Silent Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all guests staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, placing it in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Please use the entrance and service elevators when carrying luggage or bath linens.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, please ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Bed and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Please be careful with any damaged items, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
