We provide sheets and towels for up to 5 guests, as well as pillows, 1 comforter, and 2 blankets. We recommend bringing beach and pool towels, as well as sarongs.

It is important to note that this is a privately managed apartment. Therefore, the "cleaning fee" charged on your reservation refers only to the cleaning performed upon arrival and departure from the property. We do not offer cleaning or tidying services during your stay, even for extended periods. The responsibility for taking out the trash and cleaning the apartment during your stay rests with the guest.

Guests are responsible for laundrying their linens themselves, and may use the washing machine available in the apartment. There are also two paid laundromats nearby.

Regarding parking, guests can use any available space on level G4, as long as it does not block access to another vehicle.

For smokers, the use of the apartment's outdoor area (balcony) for smoking is permitted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and subject to penalties.

We offer one free covered parking space. The apartment has screened windows, ensuring safety, especially for children, who are very welcome but require constant supervision, particularly in the recreation area.
