About this space
Totally independent, equipped with a double bed, air condition, refrigerator, free wi-fi and a private bathroom. Just a few meters from the heart of Kamari nightlife and shopping life. Offering tranquility and a relaxing environment. We are here to welcome you in a family atmosphere.
The space
Is located in a unique spot and it is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, bus station and other facilities.
The house is recently renovated and accessible through a traditional path. Just 2 minutes away (walking distance) is the lovely black beach of Kamari with crystal clear waters.
Every two days cleaning service, towels and bed linen will be changed every two days (if you would prefer your house not to be cleaned, please inform us a day before).
Other things to note
Guest are kindly requested not to flush toilet paper or any other objects down the toilet as there is danger of overflow, please use the bins provided

~Please note that the tap water in Santorini is not drinkable, for this reason you are provided two bottles of water upon your arrival
Water is a precious resource use it wisely
~There is an outdoor shower at the front yard, where you can use it to clean any sand left on your feet to avoid clogging your bathroom drain

~SMOKING & COOKING FISH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITE

~Since we recommend our guests to come to Moschatos family for peace and relax, we kindly request that you do not play loud music or have the television at a full volume especially between the hours of 15:00~17:30 and 23:00~07:00(under police order)

~Personal laundry facilities (whaser/dryer) available on site ~done by our maid and charged @12 EUR per load, if reguested.24 hours turnaround required.

Due to the new covid 19 greek regulation policy:
• Some of the kitchen utilities are provided upon request at daytime
