The staff at this property are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. The outside patio was a little dark, and the spa didn't work fully and wasn't heating when we arrived. We stayed two nights and we didn't have Wi-Fi for one of them. When we woke the next day, our courtyard smelled of cat pee, strongly. When we told the staff of what wasn't working, they fixed the Wi-Fi but couldn't fix the spa. We did feel because we arrived at the beginning of the tourist season that these are teething issued of rooms that haven't been used in a while. I would recommend staying here but next time I would get a room that had a more open balcony, ours felt too much like a grotto. The views are amazing and the room is situated in a nice quiet location. We hired a car and found free parking both nights, with the help of the friendly staff. Both of us thought that two night was sufficient in Santorini.
