'We had the most amazing three nights stay at this unique and beautiful apartment perched above a boathouse near Portofino. The place was perfect for a group of six- spacious, comfortable and full of character. 'Rezalet bir oda asla ücretini haketmiyor. Taş evin içine girdiğin anda oda rutubet kokuyor, havasız. Dışarıda kertenkeleler gezdiği için camı açamıyorsun. Odada rutubetten çarşaflar bile nemliydi. Odada pencereler çok küçük ışık girmiyordu. Battaniye yoktu. Sıcak su yoktu. Odada ve banyoda çöp kutusu yoktu. Oda fotoğraflardakinden çok daha küçüktü. O kadar kötüydü ki konaklayamadık 2 saat sonra başka bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldık. Tavsiye etmiyorum!! '

'This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !'

'Friendly owner, the rooms + kitchen + bathroom are beautiful and functional. Quiet environment with wonderful view on the mountains. La Spezia, Levanto and Sestri Levante are interesting nearby cities to explore with attractive beaches! Restaurant (1 minute walk) is a 'must do' to experience the local kitchen and authentic cooking techniques.'

'The apartment was perfect and set up as advertised. The AC was a HUGE bonus and location could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the beach and waterfront are so close. As expected the parking was tricky but the communication from Giorgio was outstanding so we didn’t have any hiccups. I highly recommend this!!!'

'Apartment was clean and check in/out was very easy. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Located close to the heart of Santa Margherita so we could walk to everything. Kitchen had everything you need and the patio area was a really nice option. We had a car and there is very limited street parking so I found a garage that was a 10min walk away and well worth the money. Overall, excellent experience. '
