Ravell, for 6 people, is located between Cala D'Or and the charming port of Porto Petro. The beautiful sandy cove of Cala Egons, the center of Cala Egons with its shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as the exclusive marina of Cala D'Or, are all within 1 km.

Ravell is a house built in the traditional Ibiza style with a private pool. A few steps lead from the garden to the covered terrace. From here, you enter the open-plan living/dining area with a wooden dining table and a cozy, rustic corner with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen offers breakfast facilities and has access to the utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine. Ravell has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a separate bathroom.

The covered terrace overlooks the pool area. The built-in barbecue is perfect for long evenings grilling. The rectangular pool offers refreshment on long, hot summer days. From the pool area, a few steps lead down to lawns. From here, a small, narrow path leads to the back of the property, and 200 meters away, you'll find a small, secluded rocky area where you can swim in the sea with a view of Porto Petro in the distance. Parking for one vehicle is available on the property.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which operates on a fixed and limited schedule.
