Escape the stresses of everyday life and unwind on the world's most beautiful beaches! Welcome to this stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located in The Camp District. Prepare to be amazed by the convenience and comfort this home offers.

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home. The living area is open and spacious, yet perfectly connected to the meticulously appointed kitchen, keeping hungry folks out of the chef's way. The gas range and oven make meal preparation a breeze, and for all your grilling needs, a large gas grill is available in the backyard. When it's time to gather around the table, you'll find seating for eight, with an additional three seats at the bar. The first floor features two king master suites, a powder room for guests, and a spacious laundry room.

Upstairs, you'll discover two more bedrooms, each with a private bath and ample sleeping options. The bunk room is equipped with twin bunks and a full bed, while down the hall, there's a bedroom with a private bath, a full bed, and a twin bed with a twin trundle.

Anywhere in Watercolor is a great place to stay

The home was as described. Plenty of room for a large family. Because this is a premier location this home would rent regardless of the lack of special touches many VRBO homes offer, but I would rent there again as all basic necessities were provided.

As a host myself, I appreciated this property. It was vibrant and clean. The location was excellent, as it was close to pools, Publix & the square. I would definitely recommend this property!

Good, but used vacation home

The house was nice, but you can tell it has had a lot of visitors. It could use a little TLC and deep cleaning. Please fix the master bath pocket door! Does not stay open and is super annoying. Same with the entry door into the closet/bathroom area. Also, there are no pot holders! We enjoyed our stay and the front porch swing is awesome, but will probably try a different house next time.

I want to give this property a better rating

I really had to cool off in order to write this review. When we first arrived. We arrived an our first impression was the house was very much nicely decorated and well kept. However, we did walk into a dishwasher sitting in the middle of the living room. We left as they still needed a little more time to get things in order from the last visit. Which they had 10-4 to do so…. We were unable to shower once we got back due to them needing to turn the water off bc the dishwasher was spraying water. ( although they told us we were able to use the sink in the kitchen) bc the issue with the dishwasher still was not fixed. The plumber ended up needing to come out and told us it was not that they needed a new dishwasher it was that a rat ate through one of the tube..The plumber was there till almost 11pm. No one was able to take showers. The next day there was an AC issue. . the new dishwasher came, we as guest had to sign for it.Someone did come to put the new dishwasher in at that time. The whole transaction was weird.We disregarded the AC issue upstairs. We were okay…Until that night my husband and I woke up to a rat eating at their pocket slider in the bathroom. No one came out. The problem I had most is that there was a property management company, yet no one was willing to come out and they were not sure they would Be able to get anyone because it was Sunday. This really did take away from our time there.

House was very nice and in a great location!! Beautiful hard wood floors and high ceilings that made it feel so homey. The location was only a couple min drive to restaurants, shopping and the watercolor pool/beach access. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Beach Trip

We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday beach trip. The layout of the house was great and 6 teenage girls were able to share the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs with plenty of room for all their stuff and getting ready. I do wish the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans, but the house did have portable fans available for use. The location of the house is good. It's a short bike ride to Publix and several restaurants and shops. The beach is a good distance from the house. It was fine for our group as we just rode our bikes, but if you have little kids you will definitely want to rent a golf cart to get there and back, or use the beach shuttle. Rental company was quick to respond with the 2 minor issues we had. Overall, it's a great house. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Great location, not great stay

The dishwasher in the kitchen must have been broken for a long time because the dishes, silverware, kitchen tools were all dirty but put away in its place. We had to wash everything before you could use it. We reported the dishwasher broken and management co said nothing was going to be done about it, nor did they offer any solution. Also, the dirty kitchen was host to roaches that wondered the common spaces. The place says it sleeps 12, but it really sleeps 8 comfortably. There were no sheets for the trundle bed and not enough bath towels for all the guests staying. For 9 people, we had 7 towels. DO NOT USE the bike company, Shoreline, as recommended by the rental property. We rented 6 bikes from them. Apparently kids run around Watercolor stealing bikes when they are not locked down. Our kids came inside to change cloths and go back out - during that 10 minutes, 2 bikes were stolen from our driveway. When we contacted the company, they could not give us any identifying details about the bike or info on how to track them. We had no help from the bike company. We searched for 4 hours for our bikes. The Sheriff said most bike Co. have trackers on their bikes, or numbers on their bikes that identifies them and I should not be charged because bikes get stolen all the time (everyday) and the company always recover them because when the resort finds them, they call the bike company to pick them up. Not our case. Before we checked out, the bike company already charged over $370 for each bike missing. The house was not a total loss, it has a lovely front porch swing and overall it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (after you pre-wash everything and hand wash all the dishes post meal). It was not the relaxing get away we hoped for. The lack of support from the management company meant we had to deal with all the problems ourselves.

The house itself is wonderful in all ways. It is clean, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. The neighborhood is perfectly kept and easy to navigate. The wristbands we were given to access to neighborhood pool club and private beach access were incorrectly dated, therefore we were met with an unfriendly staff at the pool club because of this. Make sure your wristbands are correct before you arrive. The only other info we would have needed was about the lack of transportation to and from and within the neighborhood. Book all airport travel ahead of time (weeks) and rent a car if you can. No uber/lyft or cab service exists. A golf cart service is there and great, just not entirely convenient. This review is a 5 for the house and a 4 for location amenities.

Why bother?

Called a day ahead and asked for an early check in (2 pm instead of 4pm). We knew house was not rented the 2 previous nights. Called around noon on day of check in and were told they had guests in the house and hadn't finished cleaning and inspecting but to call back at 3. Called at 2:30 and were told had not been inspected and we could not check in until 4. Arrived at house at 4 could not pull in rear parking spaces because bicycles were strewn all over back and in Parking spaces. Hair on floor in 2 bathrooms, and not a single extra pillow had cases. The only pillows with pillow cases were on the beds. The extra pillows in the closets had not pillow cases and no extra linens. We understand check-in and check-out times, but property manager made no effort at all and we had friends staying near house and said no one had been there for 2 days. The house is nice and each bedroom with its own bath is nice for 4 adult couples. I would replace the property managers.

Technician sent but it only worked the day 2 Many kitchen tools missing No locks for th bike, we had to request them The only compensation proposed on day 2 due to the temperature in the house was to vacate the house and get reimbursed. Quite disappointing.

An incredible week at an incredible house!

We had an INCREDIBLE week at Rudy’s Rendezvous in Watercolor!! The house had so many things to love, from the space for our family of five, the bikes, the location (a two minute walk to Camp Watercolor, a two minute drive to the beach), and the beach/pool access. We had so much fun riding around the neighborhood and spending afternoons in the lazy river at Camp Watercolor or watching the spectacular sunsets from the beach club or the beach. Thanks so much for such a clean, spacious and perfectly located place to stay!!!

Property management company gives very limited supplies

The house itself was cute and in a great location. My only complaint is how little they supplied at the home for us. Each room had one roll of toilet paper and we had to make an extra trip to Publix to go get toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. and when you are paying this much to rent a home, you should not have to stop your vacation to go to the store to buy those items. We had already stopped there for our food/beverages, etc. They also did not supply any spices/salt/pepper and we are used to having those readily available at the home. We also could never get the TV in the living room to work and contacted them about that but never heard back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed are stay at this property. It was clean and functional. Loved the porch bed swing. This home should include the golf cart that is there taking up parking space. Without golf cart it is cumbersome to take all beach gear on bikes. Had a few issues: bbq was not usable b/c it was filthy. Bikes were rusty, old, missing grips and one was not usable. Someone came out to put grips on but it was really annoying to have to make a call and wait for service the next day. Keys left for opening and locking front and back door should have a key fob or something. Upstairs bedroom lighting was dim and the bathroom sink did not have a drain stopper. Management company should review home and make sure all things are functional before a renter checks in.
