🏠Welcome to Sandpiper Cottage

Sandpiper Cottage is a spacious cottage home located in Watersound West in the Seacrest Beach area of 30A. Boasting 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, this “cottage” actually sleeps 8 guests! Upon entering the huge open living area, you'll be taken aback by the amount of space from the comfortable seating area and large flatscreen tv, leading into the dining and kitchen areas. Gleaming hardwood floors are throughout the space. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, gas range, huge island with pendant lighting with seating for 4 and a wine cooler. The dining table is just to the side under a statement piece chandelier and seats 6. The main level also features the Master bedroom with King bed and en suite bath. Upstairs with more gleaming hardwood floors, you'll find a Queen guest room with en suite bath, another Queen bedroom, and a bunk room the kids will adore behind sliding barn doors with Twin bunk beds. Outside the back door is a deep screened-in porch in which to enjoy an evening dinner or morning coffee. A quick 5-minute stroll down the neighborhood street will take you to Watersound's awesome pool complex, with grilling and dining areas. ** Bicycles ARE allowed in the WaterSoundWest community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSoundWest HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions. (1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover. **

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
“The Hub” is the community center for Prominence and is a quick 10-minute bike ride your home or 1.6-mile drive. The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show featuring Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.
