Location is Amazing!

This house is the ultimate beach house - cozy and so close to the beach. We had 4 people and one dog and had plenty of room. Home could use some TLC and bit of updating, but that won't stop us from coming back. This is our second time staying there and probably will not be our last.

Busy Grayton experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grayton at spring break is very congested. At other times it is more restful. The beach is still beautiful but you share it with hordes of families. And driving anywhere is a nightmare.

We were there on a chilly weekend and there were no blankets in the entire house. We had to take spreads off other beds to put on our beds. I texted the contact lady and left message to please drop blankets off and never heard from anybody. The furniture needs updating. Chair and sofa cushions have seen their day. I would not recommend this house for older people.

The house has more of beach vibe, simple and clean. I locked myself out of the house the first night with my dog locked inside! and the owners were quick to come to my rescue. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: WE loved this place and wanted it for same time nextyear, but since they don't have a cancellation policy,we will try something different. Who knows what is going to happen in a year! They have everything youcould possible want...not the best pillows, so ifyou are picky, I would say bring your own! It is a really good location and if they would sell it, wecould consider buying....but they aren't. It is great for 2 or a small family.

Location, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location of this charming little cottage, right off the boardwalk in Grayton. It was perfect for our family of four, and we were thrilled to find a place that fit us so well so close to the beach/Red Bar/etc-- (most of the available rentals in that immediate area are 5 plus bedrooms and way too big for our crew). The expansive deck is the best feature and the house itself is a great mix of old school beach charm and modern appliances and furnishings. Definitely plan to return!
