Welcome to this beautiful destination. Seaview Villas is a luxurious, Mediterranean-style gated complex, ideally located along 30A in Seagrove Beach. This pet-friendly penthouse offers luxury, convenience, and an open floor plan with plenty of room for your group to relax in style. You will love the oversized, covered balcony with full pool and peek-a-boo Gulf views. Surrounded by beautiful decor, you will surely feel pampered at this coastal retreat. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything else you may need during your stay. The large master suite has a king bed and boasts a large vanity area and private bathroom with both a soak tub and a separate walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a guest bedroom with a king bed with a private bath and another guest bedroom with a two queen beds; this bedroom has a shared bath. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the condo, and there is also elevator access in the complex. Take a walk down the nature trail to the private beach access, enjoy a swim in the sparkling community pool, or explore nearby Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Whatever you decide to do, you will be sure to have the vacation experience of a lifetime.

The private nature trail leads to the private beach access, as well as a vast forest preserve with hiking trails in the back of the complex. You are sure to enjoy the seasonally heated community pool, charcoal grills, and the gated security entrance. Seagrove Serenity is close to Seagrove, Seaside and Rosemary Beach, where you will find the area's most fabulous shopping and dining experiences! The condo is adjacent to The Perfect Pig, a local favorite for brunch, lunch, and dinner!
