• You’ll feel the peaceful vibes the moment you step inside Peaceful Oasis. Walk down the entry hallway and you’ll be welcomed into our bright, open-concept living and dining space, perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together. Garage access is conveniently located to the left in the hallway, with a half bathroom to the right for your convenience.

• Our modern kitchen area opens up to the living and dining space. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Just off the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar, perfect for family meals or a fun game night! The living area features a super cozy couch and two inviting reading chairs. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with standard cable included. Just off the living area, step out to the patio where you’ll find a small table with seating for two. Please note: the back patio area is not fenced.

• Heading back toward the front of the townhouse, make your way upstairs to find the three bedrooms. To the left, you’ll find Bedroom 1, our master King suite. This bedroom features a comfortable King bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, and a dedicated desk space, perfect for planning beach days or working remotely. The ensuite bathroom offers a bright-lit vanity with his and hers sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand and sunscreen after your beach adventures!

• Down the hallway are Bedrooms 2 and 3, each offering a Queen bed and ample closet space, with Bedroom 3 providing additional closet organization. These rooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hallway, complete with a vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo - bubble baths await! A full-size washer and dryer are also located on the second floor for your convenience.

• There is parking for up to 3 vehicles during your stay, depending on the size of the vehicles. Please note: The garage will only fit compact vehicles.

Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home.



The Neighborhood:

• The newly developed Sandhill Pines neighborhood is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach.

• You’ll be just minutes away from Grand Boulevard’s shops and fine dining, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and the highly sought after Scenic 30A, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer!



Getting Around:

• You’re located right in the middle of everything Miramar Beach and 30A has to offer. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!



Other Things to Note:

• Self check-in with keypad.

• All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Our cleaners supply a light courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• We do not supply any beach items, other than beach towels. While there may be items left by a prior guest, we do not guarantee or stock anything other than beach towels for your stay.
