This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom carriage house has everything you need for a couple’s getaway or family escape – and it is just 400 feet to the beach! This is the Carriage House to Thyme By The Sea which is rented separately. Sea Thyme is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Close enough to walk or bike to everything: the beach, galleries, fine cuisine, bike trails, markets, antiques, live theater, a family-run book store, outdoor bazaars and coffee shops! Just a 1/3 mile walk to Seaside! This chic beach home is the perfect vacation spot whether you stay a few days, a week, or a month.

    Private parking spot out front for one car. White shiplap, tile floors, and crisp colors greet you, along with comfortable, modern furniture. The open-concept downstairs space makes it clear you’ll have everything you need, whether it’s a dining table for 4, or a spacious kitchen with full-size appliances + Keurig. Completing the 1st Floor is a full bathroom with shower plus a full-sized washer and dryer. Upstairs is an additional loft space with a large king bedroom. Ample closet space is available for guests and an additional half-bathroom is located right at the top of the stairs behind a sliding farm door. Curtains help give the loft extra privacy when needed.

We had an amazing girls trip. The house is located so close to the beach and to Seaside, allowing us to walk to coffee and breakfast every morning as well as dinner in the evenings. Highly, highly recommend!

This house was in the perfect location. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes, we could walk to the square in seaside in 8 minutes, and we biked to Publix in about 5. We loved the convenience of it. It was also super clean, felt cozy, and was perfect for 2 people. Great experience and would stay here again!

This is the perfect place for two people. The decor is beautiful. The layout is very efficient and esthetically pleasant. The location is amazing, close to the little downtown, very close to the beach and to the Public entrance to the beach that we discovered it was very important. Looking forward to go back!

We had a wonderful trip! The manager was very responsive through the app with getting us a new bike lock code and coming to fix the fridge that was not working properly in a very timely manner. We would come back to this property again!

We loved the carriage house. Very clean and modern. Very convenient and close to everything in Seaside. We loved that the beach was just steps away. Great communication with the host and management company. We would definitely consider it to stay again.

Sister Getaway to Seaside!

This property was beautiful!!! My sister and I had a 4 day stay in the Carriage house and it was a perfect space for two adults! We did have some trouble with connecting to WiFi/ the Internet when at the house, but overall it was an amazing stay. We will be back!!

There was no tupperware in the unit, the portable ice maker was non functioning, the pull out couch was broken so we had to buy an air mattress for the week. unit smelled very humid all week. Great location, an easy bike ride to everything beach just across he street. Comfy bed!

We really enjoyed it. It was our first visit to the 30A area There was a bit of a musty smell despite me keeping the dehumidifier empty and on. Noticeable when you first walk into the property. That would prob prevent me from renting this exact space again. But other than that everything was perfect!

Great location!

The best thing about this property is the location. You can walk or bike to Seaside and access to the beach is even closer. The property is cute and cozy. Loved the open feel and decor. Would probably be best for 2 but it worked for the 4 of us. The pullout couch could use additional bedding (blanket) and the kitchen had the basics but lacking a bit if you plan to cook much. Bikes were provided which was great as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.
