Inside, the home features stylish decor, rich hardwood floors, and modern appliances throughout. The main living area boasts a large white sectional, cozy fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding doors that open to the pool deck and outdoor dining space. Adjacent to the living room is a chef’s dream kitchen, complete with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. The formal dining area seats up to eight and overlooks the pool, making it perfect for family gatherings. A full laundry room is also located on the first floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, Roman bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and private water closet. The second bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible from the hallway.

The second floor includes four additional guest bedrooms, a cozy living area, and two balconies. The living space is furnished with a couch, armchair, flatscreen TV, and opens to a balcony with al fresco dining. A bunk room off the living area, featuring a twin/full bunk bed and flatscreen TV, is perfect for kids. Two guest rooms on this level include a king bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities; one has a walk-in shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo. The last guest room on this floor can sleep up to eight, with a king bed and full/full/full bunk bed, as well as a flatscreen TV and walk-in closet.

The third floor features the final bedroom, a full bathroom, and a game room. This last bedroom, ideal for kids, includes two queen beds and a flatscreen TV. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. The game room offers bean bag seating, a sleeper sofa, card table, mini-fridge, flatscreen TV, and foosball table, making it a fun hangout space.

Outside, the pool deck is fully equipped for sunny days, with a private pool, outdoor fireplace, flatscreen TV, grill, al fresco dining, and bar seating, making it the ultimate setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

Please note: Fireplaces are available seasonally, from October through April, and are not operational from May to September.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

BEACH ACCESS: This is about 150-200 yards directly south of Coconut Cove. You can find the "Dothan Public Beach Access" at
276 Montgomery Street in Seagrove Beach.
