Key Lime Cottage -

Everyone loves Key Lime Pie, but if you have not stayed at Key Lime Cottage in Santa Rosa Beach, you are missing out! It is time to remedy that situation. This charming cottage, which is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a quick stroll to the Emerald Coast shoreline, features two bedrooms and two and a half baths. It can accommodate up to eight beach-ready guests.

Walk up the paver-tiled drive and step through the glass-front entry into this rental home’s spacious, open living area. A couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and armchair face an armoire with a TV, which is great for entertainment, especially after a long day at the beach. The space opens effortlessly into the dining area, where you will find a dining table surrounded by six chairs. Besides stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops, the newly remodeled kitchen also includes an open bar with seating for four. A gas grill outside of the back door is available for use, as well.

Ascend the stairs to find the quaint sleeping quarters. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, private balcony, and TV. The guest room includes a queen-size bunk, en-suite bath, and access to an individual balcony.

Next door, the seasonally heated community pool is available for guests looking to relax and unwind. Take a book and enjoy the coastal breeze as you sit by the pool, or grab the kids and make a splash in the fresh water. Besides being near the best beach in Florida, guests are also close to restaurants, beach bars, bistros, boutiques, galleries, musical concerts, unique festivals, and more. Whether you choose to stay in the quiet residential area or make your way to more populated areas in the vicinity, everyone will find something to do when staying at this vacation home.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining Room, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Balcony Access and Full Bath, Queen Bunk Room with Balcony Access and Full Bath.

Great stay at cottage

Have stayed in Old Florida cottages before and loved it about 6 years ago. Short walk to beach,great neighborhood, the only problem was the beach has become super crowded. Better get over and set up early. Cottage was great. Ocean reef was good to deal with. Love everything about it just wish they could limit the thousands of golf carts coming from miles around to the beach.

Loved this cozy cottage tucked away in a lovely neighborhood within a leisurely stroll to the beach. Wonderfully comfortable beds and great response from Ocean Reef when contacted.

Nice stay!!!

We visit Santa Rosa Beach every summer, but this is the first time we have got a house feeling that everything was super clean. Few steps to the beach. Pool is right behind the house, but with enough distance to avoid noise. Walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, shops, etc. The house has everything you need, maybe update the pots in the kitchen and don’t forget to bring beach towels. Bunk beds in 2nd room are bigger than the in the picture so our teenagers slept like in home. Nice beach house to come back!!!

We had a great stay, the house was in a great location, a short walk to the beach as well as a few restaurants. The house was the perfect setup for us and our infant. We spent many hours on the porch/balcony. We plan to make a return trip!

Nice neighborhood and cute place!

The rental agency was very attentive and let us know everything along the way. There was a few things that needed attention fixing but nothing ruining the trip. This was a nice and cozy area for us 2 and lots of families here too. Close to food and golf cart rentals right on 30A. The walk to the ocean and the steps on the access pier were a pain for me because of a bad knee but it didn't stop us from going twice a day. Bed was comfy but I'm a super light sleeper and I get hot so it was hard for me to stay asleep. Updating things would be beneficial.. all in all we had a good time!

Location! Location! Location!

We love this location. A quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach and easy access to some great restaurants. The house is fine. The owner could update a few things but basically its a good house for a couple or a small family. Our only negative is the NEST thermostat which made it really hard to keep the house comfortable. Would ask the owner to remove it and simplify for renters who do not have degrees in technical engineering.

Awesome location! It was everything we needed. Washer and dryer, 2 BR’s, full kitchen and even a community pool. Cleanliness was not perfect, but was adequate. Management was responsive, but did not fix the WiFi problem even though I emailed 3 times. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Spot, Great Cottage

So close to the beach (0.2mi) and walking distance (0.9mi) to Gulf Place shops. Nice community pool right off the back porch. Much easier to get around down here than further east on 30A. My teenage basketball player boys liked the Queen Bunks for their size. Key Lime Cottage was perfect for us! Management company very responsive to any requests (we had wasps trying to build a nest on the porch and they came right out).
