This large townhome has Gulf views from the living room, eating area, balcony, and especially from the large Master Suite & its seating area. From the front door, it's just a few steps to the pool, and just a few more to put your toes in the sparkling white sugar sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. BEACH ACCESS IS VIA PRIVATE BOARDWALK--NO STREETS OR ROADS TO CROSS. From the balcony, you can monitor the pool, the Gulf, and maybe the kids playing in the large courtyard below. Watch large-screen TV in the living room, while the kids watch TV or play games on floor below.

The four bedrooms are set up for maximum flexibility: The master suite has a king bed; another bedroom has a queen bed; a third bedroom has extra-long twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-sized unit; the fourth bedroom has regular twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs.

Santa Rosa Beach is family-oriented--no high rise condos or hotels. In addition to easy access to beach and pool, guests can also walk to many close-by restaurants, shops, and music concerts (Gulf Place amphitheater). Bike/jog/walk the 18 mile paved 30A bike path (rental bikes nearby). Play Golf or tennis at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Area restaurants offer terrific local seafood--or, cook it yourself in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill provided.

If you want to drive beyond Santa Rosa, there is much to do: Explore neighboring beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor or Grayton Beach. In Sandestin, visit Baytowne Wharf or shop at Silver Sands Outlet Mall. In Destin, go deep-sea fishing departing from Destin Harbor; view current movies at Destin Commons or Grand Boulevard; visit Big Kahuna water-and-amusement park.

To maintain a family atmosphere, we will not rent to student-only groups; principal renter(s) must be 25 yrs or older & must stay on premises.
