Coconut Cottage was such a beautiful, clean home! The location is great - so close to the pool amenities as well as beaches, restaurants, shopping, biking bath, etc. The home itself had everything we needed and was a comfortable, fun place for our family to stay. We hope to go back again!

Can't Wait to Go Back

I loved Coconut Cottage so much that I've already booked our next vacation there! The house is so clean, and had everything we needed. And there is so much to do around the area! The hot tub was so lovely at night, and the walk to the beach in the morning was refreshing. Looking forward to going back!

Truly a wonderful place. Proximity to the beach is very good, cleanliness is exceptional. Amenities really round out the attractiveness (pool, hot tub) making this a perfect place for families. Top quality restaurants very close and easy to get to. At Coconut Cottage one better come to totally relax and enjoy life. I'll go back as often as possible. The perfect vacation location.

Beautiful home that did not disappoint. Close to the beach and many restaurants and attractions on 30A. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. It fit our two families comfortably. The pool and fire pit were AMAZING. It was like visiting a resort.

Mother's & Daughters Weekend

We had an amazing time!! This was my second time staying at this property and in never disappoints! Always super clean, and spacious!! Close to the pool (resort style, absolutely beautiful) and the property is conveniently located between two beach access, and super close to all the local restaurants! Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be returning 😊

Great Place

Coconut Cottage is an amazing place. House was very clean upon arrival, is professionally decorated and large enough to accommodate two families with kids. The pool is only 4 houses away and has great amenities including gas grills, firepit, hot tub, observation deck and a big screen TV to watch your favorite sports. The beach, restaurants and shops are nearby as well. I would highly recommend Coconut Cottage and look forward to returning.

Amazing House

This is a beautiful home with lots of room for friends and family. Incredible Master, 2 porches and everything you could want or need in a kitchen. The house was very clean and inviting... nice decor throughout. The best part is it's only 5 houses away from the most incredible pool I've ever seen! Great location, good shopping and very close to all the wonderful beaches along 30-A. Can't wait to go back again

Fabulous home and perfect location

Came down for the 30A Singer Songwriter Festival and loved staying at Coconut Cottage. We were able to walk to the venue to hear some amazing talent. Couple that with delicious restaurants and coffee less than a ten minute walk—it was great! Loved hanging in the hot tub and walking the beach. Beautifully appointed house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend get away! We Will be back again.

Great safe location and very close to the pool! A+

Tankless hot water heater was a winner! 11 people staying in the house and everyone could shower after beach trips without waiting for the hot water heater to warm up. Pool was nice and very close. Great ice cream and coffee spot within walking distance. Only draw back was tight parking spots and to far to walk to the beach for our family. Id definitely stay here again.

Felt like Staying at the Spa

We visited your Santa Rosa beach home in late November and had a great time in spite of the rainy weather. We were 4 adults and 2 children. Games and movies in the great room, books, wine and hanging out on the screen room and porch, and frequent trips to the nearby pool and hot tub, what's not to love? The proximity to great restaurants and the Seaside shops was also a plus. We can't wait to visit this summer and get some beach time!

Amazing Trip

This was our family's first trip to Blue Mountain and to this property and we will definitely be back. The property appears to be new and everything was clean and worked great. The unit was nicely decorated and perfectly located. The beach, restaurants and shops are all located just a short walk away or if you want to there are several places that rent golf carts. The pool is only a few houses up and it is really nice. It has several grills and a big TV for college football. We cant wait to come back.

Cozy Stay in a Nice Community

We really love this neighborhood and the Coconut Cottage. We stayed in this house multiple years because it has all of the amenities we need for a stress free stay. This is a great home for families with babies/toddlers (we appreciate the pack n play and booster/high chairs provided). The pool area is fabulous! Plenty of shallow areas for little ones, extra shade from the rock island, and lots of deeper areas for those looking for that. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and has the perfect vibe for 30A. We feel at home here!

It was a very nice house. A little farther from the beach than we would like. If you don’t care about going to the beach every day, then it would be a great place to stay. The parking was bad. It would have been nice to rent a golf cart, but there was no place to park it.

Visited for a girls trip and had an AMAZING time. The house was Beautiful!!! High ceilings and super spacious, especially the kitchen. The rooms are big, and had plenty of drawers and closet space. The community pool area has a great pool, fire pit , and hot tub. Felt like we were at a resort. And the house being so close to the pool was super convenient!! Overall a GREAT experience !! And the location is great! Close to multiple beach accesses. I would highly recommend this house and I will be booking this house again in the near future!

Very nice location with beautiful pool

Overall the stay was very good. The sink was broken upon arrival but we let the property manager know. The only complaint would be the AC was going to 76 every time we left the house. We let the property manager know this as well. It’s about a mile to the beach you just need to get there super early to be able to park.

We stayed at the Coconut Cottage for a friends' get away. The place was fantastic. Large kitchen with ample counter space shared with a huge living area. There was only 4 of us but could have easily accommodated three times that amount. Nice back porch for relaxing with coffee in the morning. Three spacious bedrooms with a fourth "kids' bedroom equipped with bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well kept. Close to beautiful beach and the bike path was right across from the entrance. Pool and hot tub less than a minute walk and shops and restaurants very close by. The place is great for large or small gatherings. Would go back in an instant.

Amazing Beach House

We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage! The house is beautiful. Everything was wonderful from the layout of the house to the home decor. There was plenty of space for our large family. We also loved the community pool! It was very nice and you felt like you were at a resort. The fire pit at night was fun and relaxing after spending a day at the beach. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes on all the bike baths in the community. We walked to the beach a few times in the evening. However, when we needed to haul our beach gear we drove our vehicle. I think next time I am going to look into a golf cart rental! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back!

The only thing I would say that would have been better was the floor wasn't very clean. I spilled some water the first day we were there and the rag I used was blackish after wiping up the water. Also, having a broom handy for minor spillls and general daily clean up!
