This fully updated, single-level Seagrove Beach retreat is designed for up to 12 guests. The home features an airy eggshell-white interior, new modern coastal furnishings, open-concept living and kitchen areas, fully renovated bathrooms, a screened porch, nearby community pool, easy beach access, and convenient garage parking.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Trash Service: Waste Management Service provides trash collection every Monday and Thursday. Please ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed in the designated trash area for collection and wheel bin to curb when necessary.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
