The Space:

Welcome to 'Coast & Key Cottage,' a charming 2 bed/2.5 bath cottage nestled within the Bungalows at Seagrove community. This beach cottage is just over 350 yards from the sugar sands and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Bungalows offer peace and tranquility with two community pools and a large hot tub just moments from all the excitement of Scenic 30A. Enjoy an evening stroll by the lake or through the gardens. When the mood strikes for adventure, The Bungalows are centrally located between The Big Chill and the famous Seaside festivities. Whether you’re coming to explore or just hide away, this cottage is the perfect end to each day. We include 4 bikes and 6 seater golf cart to enjoy scenic 30A!

BEACH ACCESS

Four access points, just a short walk from the home:



1.Seagrove Regional Beach Access: Located on Scenic 30A across from Cafe Thirty-A, Seagrove Regional Beach Access offers parking (including ADA and bike spaces), restrooms, an ADA-accessible dune walkover with showers, and access to the multi-use path. It also features stormwater management, seasonal lifeguards (10 a.m.–6 p.m.), and a beach wheelchair for accessibility.



2. One Seagrove Place: One Seagrove Access is on Seagrove Place about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums, one of only two high rises on Scenic 30A.



3. Santa Clara: Santa Clara beach access is located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. This beach has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. For your convenience beach chairs, umbrellas, and kayaks are available to rent from beach services.



4. Beachwood Villas: Beachwood Villas Access is on Scenic 30A across from Beachwood Villas, Somerset Bridge Road, and the Tom Thumb in Seagrove Beach, Florida. There is a bike rack but no car parking, and the access has a shower and quite a long boardwalk to the high bluff overlooking the gulf. 



**Should you desire to have beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas set-up), the company that provides these amenities is Big Fish Bike & Beach Rental. During busy summer months, it's best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance. When making reservations online (or over the phone), you would choose "Seagrove Dunes" as the location.

PARKING

This home includes 2 parking spaces on a first come first serve basis in the lot. No RV or trailer parking.



Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bicycles for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.



ABOUT THE AREA

Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community that is on 30a, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. You will find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire parties needs.



Take a quick bike or golf cart ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.



Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*Space must remain pet free!

*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid driver's license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
