Pelican Trace is a new, luxurious 4,250 sf home located in the private, Gulf Trace neighborhood with an additional 2,416 sq of outdoor living. With 4 King en-suite bedrooms and 2 half baths (1 leading to enclosed outdoor shower), Pelican Trace will sleep up to 8 guests and offers a private saltwater pool (not heated) and marvelous glimpses of the Gulf and Grayton Beach State Park. Driveway parking for 4 cars (garage not accessible to guests). Families will love the private, fenced backyard that backs up to the Grayton Beach State Park – lots of room for the kiddies to play on the lawn (yes…actual grass!) while the adults lounge around the amazing 17’ x 30’ saltwater pool (not heated)! Pelican Trace is a very short walk to either of the two private neighborhood beach access – just walk past 6 houses to put your toes in the sand. Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy.
