Located on the beautiful, scenic Highway 30A, guests can experience their beach vacation without the hustle and bustle of city life. 30A is a gorgeous area with dune lakes, nature trails, and luxury shopping centre's and eateries. This beautiful vacation rental in Dune Allen Beach on 30A offers a private pool, Gulf views, and luxury interiors. With sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests, the whole family can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico at this beach house!
The first floor of this home features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A queen bedroom is furnished with a sitting area complete with a flat-screen TV, bar with a mini fridge, and access to the pool deck. The jack-and-jill bathroom is shared with a bunk room that is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV and access to the pool deck. This area is perfect for families with kids and teenagers!
The main living space gives off beautiful blue hues and beachy vibes. A gray sectional sofa and two chairs provides comfortable seating for plenty around the flat-screen TV. Stunning furnishings welcome guests to a serene setting where rest and relaxation are effortless. Outside, guests can enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee on the balcony while relishing in the beautiful Gulf views! Step into the spacious kitchen and prepare a family feast! The house provides all the cooking necessities you'll need including stainless steel appliances and fixtures, a crock pot, keurig, coffee pot and more! *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
