We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials:
☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in (only needs to be signed by the guest who booked).
☼ A golf cart agreement must be signed before the golf cart code is shared. You’ll receive a link in your check-in message.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one over 25 in the group will be required to pay a security deposit.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules below. Booking your stay confirms your agreement to these terms:

☼ Rental agreement must be signed before check-in
☼ No smoking of any kind inside the home
☼ No parties or events without prior written approval
☼ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
☼ Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
☼ Guest count must be disclosed accurately at the time of booking
☼ Parking rules must be followed; improperly parked vehicles may be towed, booted, or fined
☼ No personal items may be hung over balconies, railings, or outdoor structures
☼ Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, eviction without refund, and/or forfeiture of the security deposit (if applicable).
