Casa La Pineta is a two-room apartment renovated in the typical Aeolian style.
A well-kept Mediterranean garden and pine trees flank the road that leads to the house.
The house is located a few minutes from the center of Santa Marina.

It is accessed from a terrace, covered by a reed roof, and equipped with outdoor furniture. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the garden, the sea and the island of Lipari.

- kitchen/living area complete with kitchenette with 4 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer;
here you will also have a double sofa/bed at your disposal,

- bathroom complete with all fixtures and shower.

Casa La Pineta is part of a group of villas but has an entrance and garden for private use.
