The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a standard double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds, both equipped with a wardrobe and a fan for your comfort. The living room is bright and spacious, with a television and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.



Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the private 20 m² terrace, equipped with two sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or dining al fresco. The independent kitchen includes a gas stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, full cookware, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.



The full bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available, perfect for longer stays. A cot and high chair are available upon request, making this apartment an excellent choice for families with young children.



In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach Can Picafort, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. You’ll also be close to activities like horseback riding at Rancho Grande or cultural visits to the charming old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.



Playa de Muro, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and golden sand, is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sea. Street parking is free, but not private.

Pets are not allowed. It's forbidden to smoke inside.



As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over the age of 16. A link will be sent to you before arrival to complete the online registration.



The Balearic Islands apply a tourist tax (Ecotasa), which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The fee is €2.20 per person per night in high season (May to October) and €0.55 per person per night in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onward, the fee is reduced by half (during the high season).



A security deposit will be held via a credit card. Guests will be required to enter their details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
