LIVING AREA

The living room showcases a large, inviting fireplace and floor to ceiling windows directly facing the unobstructed mountains and the desert terrain beyond, offering a quintessential view of New Mexico’s famous terrain.



The couch folds out into a queen sleeper sofa for your use.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen opens onto an elegant dining room, creating an open space overlooking the living room. The kitchen features a filtered hot and cold water dispenser and a Keurig coffee maker.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms serve as luxurious sanctuaries equipped with elegant en suite bathrooms, corner kiva fireplaces, and doors leading to the outside grounds; the primary bedroom leads to a private patio. The primary bath offers a whirlpool jetted tub. Bathrobes are provided for your comfort.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Once you step outside, you will discover native landscaping framing a comfortable patio, ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding and looking out upon the majestic sunsets to the West. A community pool is available during the summer. A shoe and boot dryer is provided for your convenience after a long day exploring Santa Fe's beautiful countryside!

The home is also adjacent to 200 acres of the Santa Fe National Forest with multiple hiking trails that are available and easily accessible.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- The pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is not heated

- A pool waiver must be signed before using the community pool

- The HOA continuously monitors the pool area with security cameras

- The pool's safety equipment is not for recreational use

- Guests must return all pool furniture to where they found it, and the pool area and bathrooms must be cleaned up upon departure

- 4-wheel drive, snow tires, or tire chains are necessary when renting this house during snowy weather.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
