'The place was perfect for our group of six—beautiful garden, wonderful views, and nice kitchen. Alfonso, the groundskeeper, was extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying in this place!'

'Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor'

'I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10. I do not recommend booking the Dubai suite but other rooms are a must. Manager is super nice and he acknowledged the issue. 'Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. 'If you’re going to be charging US dollars the room needs to reflect the price. The room itself needs to be updated a lot. It looks like they just do what they have to do to keep it running. The Carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The condo seems rundown. No ac, and it gets humid at night as the Windows barely opened a tiny bit and there is no AC.
