The entire Cueva Micaela property has been designed to provide our guests with comfortable and unique accommodations.

**Location
The property is very well connected to both the north and south of the island.
*A 10-minute walk from La Candelaria Hospital, bus and tram stop
*5-minute drive to downtown
*Nearby you’ll find a traditional restaurant, McDonald’s, Burger King, and a gas station
*There’s a promenade nearby where you can stroll along the sea, go for a run, and watch the sunrise

**Balcony:
Completely private with beautiful views of the sea and the Anaga Mountains. On clear days, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the neighboring island, Gran Canaria, and witness the most beautiful sunrises. The property is not directly on the beachfront, and as you can see in the photos, there is an industrial park nearby that is inactive at night.
This space features a bar with two armchairs where you can enjoy the sunrise with a delicious breakfast.

**Living Room-Bedroom:
The living room and bedroom form a single, open-concept space.
This space is equipped with a 55-inch TV with free access to Prime Video and Disney. There’s also a two-seater sofa and a swing for taking beautiful photos.
For the hottest or coldest days, we have a portable air conditioner and heating (free and available upon request).

The sleeping area features a double-height ceiling and includes a 150x200 memory foam mattress, closets for storing folded clothes, a coat rack, hangers, an iron, an ironing board, and reading lights. From the bed, you can see the TV screen and THE SEA.

**Pool:
The pool is a double-height structure in the living room area. Its dimensions are 180 cm x 100 cm x 50 cm deep. It is kidney-shaped. It has a hot water faucet to adjust the temperature so the water isn’t too cold. It is not a hot tub. There are rules for the pool, and they must be followed to ensure proper use.

**Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with: a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, and utensils. There is also a table in the kitchen that seats 4 people.

**Bathroom:
This is a full bathroom with a shower pan, a fixed shower column with a showerhead and a shower screen, a hair dryer, and a magnifying cosmetic mirror. Toiletries and towels.

**Entrance and Access:
La Cueva has a separate entrance. Generally, entry is self-service, except when I’m collecting the security deposit—in which case I’ll be waiting for you to hand over the keys and show you around the accommodation.

**Free street parking in front of the building

**There are no common areas; the entire property is for the guests’ exclusive use.

**High-speed Wi-Fi, first-aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, grill, sports equipment, mosquito lamp, beach umbrella, maps and leisure brochures, portable air conditioner, crib, baby bathtub, cleaning supplies and products, luggage rack, and much more.

**Smoking is allowed on the balcony but not indoors.

**We offer services provided by external vendors for manicures, pedicures, massages, wood therapy, motorcycle rentals, bicycle rentals, excursions, and much more.

**House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation; it is only allowed on the balcony.
- Maximum number of guests: two people.
- Please dispose of your trash.
- Please follow the pool rules.
-Do not flush ANYTHING down the toilet (no paper, no wipes, no sanitary pads, no diapers, no tampons... etc.). Compliance with this rule will be verified. If it has not been followed, you will be charged for the cost of repairs to cover the damage caused.

**“Traveler’s Report”:
Upon arrival, you will be given the “Traveler’s Report” form, which I am required to submit to the Ministry of the Interior and which must be completed.

**Security Deposit:
Depending on the length of your stay, a deposit of 100€ will be required; this will be refunded on the last day after the house has been inspected.

**Wi-Fi and Streaming Services:
To connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi network, you will be provided with the network name and password upon arrival. Prime and Disney are available; simply use the remote to log in to the “Cueva Micaela” profile.
