This 100 m² apartment features a 300 m² garden and is located on the lower level of a four-story house. Overlooking the Atlantic, it offers stunning panoramic views. The property includes a chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all set in the garden, including the kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Barbecue is not available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The apartment offers a garden-level bedroom with a small bathroom and shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is a larger bedroom with a bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with a shower.



Free street parking is available in a quiet, low-traffic area. Pets and events are not permitted. Smoking is allowed. The property follows waste separation guidelines, with further information provided on-site. Energy and water-saving features are included.
