Independent villa, for exclusive use, with swimming pool heated for holidays in southern Sicily in S. Croce Camerina (Ragusa) 400 meters from the sea, The villa is on two independent levels (connected only by external spiral staircase). Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, large veranda for outdoor dining, air conditioning. Upper floor with cooking area, double bed and bathroom, air conditioning. The property has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant holiday: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi, 1 satellite TV, beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a well-kept garden with tropical plants, lawn and typical Sicilian trees (oranges and lemons). Swimming pool (45 m2) with outdoor shower, furniture in covered veranda, equipped with en suite bathroom: toilet, sink, shower and dressing room. A near the seaside resort Caucana, in the southern part of Sicily, about 2.5 km from the renowned seaside resort Marina di Ragusa. The ancient and splendid city of art Ragusa (Sicily), pearl of the baroque ibleo (Unesco heritage) Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata. 500 m from the picturesque beaches of the "Montalbano" Commissioner. Der Pool und das Haus sind sehr schön und grosszügig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Marcello hat uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt, weil wir erst in der Nacht angekommen sind. Zum Meer kann man gut zu Fuss gehen und es hat dort einen schönen Srand. Das einzige, was etwas störend war, waren die bellenden Hunde nachts in der Nachbarschaft.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für alle. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war, dass der Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken gefüllt war – ein schöner Willkommensgruß! Der große Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein und rundet das Angebot perfekt ab. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Villa was wonderful in every way! Well stocked, separate apartment upstairs and easy living downstairs with everything you’d want. Pool area is great but most of all our host Marcello went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Bellisimo Marcello! The area had enough to keep us and six 20 somethings occupied for 2 weeks! Incredibly good value! If you want tourist sites though you will need a car as they are spread across he island. That’d be the same wherever you are on the island though - always something on the other side!

To vennepar med en ung gutt leide. Fantastisk hus, eiendom og basseng. Må være perfekt for en eller to familier. Svært godt utstyrt. Verten gjør mer enn han må for at gjestene skal trives. God kommunikasjon. Ingen klager- anbefales på det varmeste.Vær klar over at eiendommen ligger et lite stykke unna noe "sentrum" og at tilgang til bil anbefales. Til gjengjeld er dette området av øya perfekt for dags-utflukter pr. bil.

Wonderful villa

Family of four - stayed in July 2024. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back. Marcello was the perfect host - communication was quick and helpful. He met us at the property and showed us around - there was also a welcome pack including water, soft drinks, wine, beer and some food essentials. The villa has three good-sized bedrooms downstairs, two of which are en-suite, as well as a separate family bathroom and a large kitchen/diner/living room. Upstairs there is a self-contained apartment with it's own kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is covered parking for up to three cars, a large pool, and a separate "pool house" with toilet, shower and sink as well as a covered outside seating area. Loads of sunbeds etc. too. The villa was easy enough to find using the Google Maps link provded by Marcello. Would highly recommend a car - it is possible to walk to the nearest town, Punta Secca - but it takes around 25 minutes and the roads aren't very well lit so we found ourselves driving most of the time that we went out, but not a big problem. Weather was very warm, but between the air con and swimming pool we were fine - even though downstairs bedrooms don't have their own units the unit in the hall outside was nough to keep us cool. Overall, a lovely villa - would highly recommend.

A True Sicilian Beach Villa. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

Set 5 minutes from the sea, this is a comfortable villa with large pool that isn't overlooked. The area around is the villa is agricultural with sheep next door, and Italian holiday homes that are mainly used in July and August. It's a great base to explore the history, culture and cuisine of the Ragusa region. We were greeted by the owners son, who was a fantastic host who was in WhatsApp to answer any questions.

Viaggio in Sicilia

Abbiamo passato 2 settimane fantastiche. 26/06-11/07/2020. 2 Famiglie in totale 8 persone. La casa è esattamente come viene proposta, anzi meglio. Ampia sia dentro che fuori. La terrazza di sotto è fatta per starci tutto il giorno , sempre all'ombra (tranne la mattina presto) e per fortuna quest'anno sempre ventilata. Ha parcheggi privati interni. Piscina privata con spogliatoio/doccia/wc separati e doccia esterna molto comodo quando si torna dalla spiaggia insabbiati. La piscina viene pulita dal proprietario ogni 3 giorni. Se ci sono degli inconvenienti interviene immediatamente. Le camere sono ampie. La posizione è un po' lontana dal piccolo centro (15min a piedi) ma molto vicina alle spiagge. Marcello il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

Wonderful host and great villa

Marcello was a wonderful host, attentive throughout our stay, regularly checking in to see if we were ok. He was there to greet us at the start and provided lots of little extras including delicious homemade arancini. The villa itself was ideal and the outside space with the pool was fabulous and well maintained. Staying in an Italian community in a seaside village was exactly what we wanted, just a shame we had to go home! Thanks Marcello

Really enjoyed our stay. Marcelo was fantastic and we were really happy with the experience we had.

We rented for three weeks and we wanted a relaxed experience embedded in a small Italian community. We certainly got that. We have two kids (3,4) and nine of us speak Italian but we managed to get buy fine and even made great friends with the neighbours using google translate. The property is excellent, but also local places like Marina De Ragusa, Punta Secca and the local beaches are great. We also explored a bit further, and this place gave us the platform to do that. We had a few normal property issues early on but Marcelo sorted them swiftly. He is a fantastic host and is always there for us. Even taking us to a local mechanic to sort out a rental car tyre issue. He is passionate about his guests so certainly cares and goes the extra mile. The local village is friendly, and is within walking distance, but with the heat (32-39 during our stay), we would typically drive. A few tips: There is a decent maxiSpar just beyond Marina De Ragusa for the big grocery shops. We arrive Mid June and it was quite quiet around the communities, but then got much busier towards the end of June. Ask Marcelo to explain the Sicilian rubbish system All in all, a fantastic stay and would recommend to others looking to have the same experience we were hoping for. Thanks again Marcelo.
