Villa's in Santa Ana

'The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. 'The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. '

'We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. 'The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.'

'Stunning location and balcony. Can't find a better view than the one from this villa. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Nice that there was also A/C, a fireplace, and good wifi.'

'The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. '
