Villa Castiglioni is located at only 15 minutes from the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Salada, between San Antonio and San Rafael, for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.

It is a modern villa with a large swimming pool 15x5 mt and 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and can accommodate 10 persons.

On the ground floor, we find the living room with open fully equipped kitchen, and the direct access to the terrace, 1 guest toilet with wc and the laundy with washing machine and dryer .

At the ground floor are also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (180cm) and one with twin beds (90 cm. each), both have en suite bathroom with shower, and private terrace.

On the first floor there is a small area with TV and sofa and 3 bedrooms.

Two bedrooms with double bed (150cm), bathroom outside, shared, with 2 washbasins , wc and shower. Both rooms has a private terrace.

Outside we find the 18.000m2 of ground and Mediterranean vegetation, a rectangular private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, several covered terraces with tables and chairs. Barbecue and 2 covered parking.

Villa Castiglioni is the ideal place for a family or groups of friends, San Rafael and Sant Antoni are 5 minutes away.

Rental rules

Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday on June, July, August.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
late check-in from 8pm to midnight = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR if agreed
Security deposit € 2.000,00 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, tourist tax, daily change of bed linens and bath towels, daily housekeeping (except on Sundays and holidays) welcome basket.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
