Welcome to Sanibel Sunrise- A gorgeous and remodeled 2/2 home on Sanibel's West End. Close to beaches, shopping, yet far enough away to afford guests ample privacy and proximity to wildlife make this home an excellent choice for those that are looking for a truly relaxing vacation free of the hustle bustle that can often accompany a busy season. Making the interior of this home unique are the gorgeous chef's kitchen, expansive open concept living and family room, and recessed dining area surrounded by sliding glass doors. There is also a large outdoor screened patio off the guest bedroom and a fire pit in the yard, adorned with crushed shells.

The Space:
This home is divided across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all located in the center of the home and serve as the nexus of the floor plan. On the driveway side of the house, directly off of the kitchen is the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom also features a flatscreen TV and floor to ceiling panel window overlooking the yard. The primary bathroom features a single vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom and features a queen bed. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway directly off the guest bedroom and features a single vanity and shower/tub combo. There is a laundry room located across from the guest bathroom and a screened patio access adjacent to the laundry room. The screened patio features a BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor furniture.

This home is built on pilings and the downstairs area features two carports that guests may access. Guests must climb stairs to access the living area on the first floor. Pets are okay with approval from manager. Please request approval for your pet prior to booking.
