Gulf Front Condo! Step into this colorful, first-floor, totally remodeled condo and relax your cares away. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, beach and Gulf front condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The new open kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The new quartz plank floors throughout the condo give a beautiful beachy feel. Enjoy your meals at the large and white dining table with six beautiful blue chairs and a coral light fixture. The large, colorful living room has a flat screen TV, two comfortable couches, and two chairs. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and can be opened or closed to the living room with the folding wall. The master bathroom has ample closet space, new white vanities, glass tiled showers, and quartz countertops. Your friends and family will be comfortable in the guest bathroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom. The guest bath features a new white vanity, quartz countertop,s and glass tiled shower. Relax the days away to the sounds of the ocean on the large lanai that is just steps to the beach. A bright, beautifully decorated beachfront condo for the perfect vacation.

Listen to the waves break, walk the shell-lined beach, relax on the top deck, and watch world-renowned sunsets. A true Sanibel Island beach vacation!

Please note: Sandy Bend is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted in units, lanais, or on the grounds. The house located behind the condo building will be under construction. The area will be enclosed with fencing, but guests should expect noise and construction vehicles. The Tennis courts are currently inoperable as they are being used to host construction equipment.

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.

Beautiful and easy/quick access to beach

Absolutely beautiful rental. Loved that it was on first floor so you can walk right out onto beach. We really enjoyed the lanai. If you have it closed tk the house you can open all the sliders and get an ocean breeze and hear the waves OR you can keep those close and open the Lanai to the condo and makes it feel more open and it’s has the AC. There’s a nice view of the beach from just about anywhere in the condo. It’s 40 steps out the back door to the beach which we loved! We will definitely be utilizing this vacation rental again.

Loved the location!

Great location! We loved the patio area. Every window around the patio area are sliding glass doors. Very convenient and versatile. The spaceous kitchen was well stocked with nice, matching dishware and silverware. Our only compliant is continually hearing noise from other people. The people above us sounded like an elephant running in high heels, waking us up at all hours of the night.

Perfect weekend get away

We loved our 4 day stay at this condo. Everything was exactly as described & photographed. Right on the beach!! Plenty of linens, beach towels & beach chairs. More paper supplies than expected. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable furnishings. Lovely decor. The lanai was especially great!! Parking was not a problem at the complex. There are 3 things I would recommend. One is for the complex...need to change the lighting to motion detection. Sleeping in the room near the entrance door is too bright at night because lights stay on all the time in the back & side of the building. Two recommendations for the owner of the condo... the master bed could use a new mattress or memory foam pad. A bit lumpy & uncomfortable. Additional light bulbs for the lamps in the living room. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. Loved it here.
