Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 506. Direct beachfront condo! Endless gulf views await your stay in unit 506 at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach! This completely renovated third floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai which offers a magnificent front view of the gulf. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room boasts a beachy theme and leads to a second large screened lanai overlooking a fantastic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances with an ice-maker in freezer. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD player in living room, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! When you are not gazing out to the Gulf of Mexico, take a dip in the heated pool or play a game of tennis on our well-maintained courts. Reserve your stay today at the Sea Shell Capital of the World! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, , a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Great location!

We loved the condo and the close location to the beach. We loved having the garage too. The only problem was that I had contacted the property before arrival about renting a golf cart. I was assured a cart would fit in the garage. However when we arrived we were informed a cart would not fit and there was no electrical outlet to plug cart into. Luckily the cart rental place had a gas cart that they allowed us to rent instead. Great trip other than that snafu!

Gorgeous view and balconies

The condo has the best view on the property and 2 large balconies. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled. The master bed could use an upgrade, the patio doors in the master need to be replaced. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome beach front

This condo exceeded our expectations. Super clean and spacious. They have everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Even included beach toys for the kiddos. The view you get is unbelievable. We will definitely be back to this gem.

Sanibel Vacation

The beach & ocean views were just fantastic! The property location off Periwinkle (Donax Street) was very convenient - close to the causeway island entrance and an easy drive to anywhere. The unit was a short walk to the beach & the garage parking under the unit was very convenient as well. The kitchen was easy to use - we cooked a few simple meals but ate out most of the time because of how many great restaurants are available on Sanibel & Captiva. We WILL be back - no sense in looking for alternative accommodations - can’t get better than perfect!!!

Perfect beach location

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is located steps from the beautiful beach. Both porches have spectacular views of the beach, palm trees and water. With the windows open all you hear is the relaxing sound of crashing waves. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The women in the office were friendly and helpful. We rented towels and bikes. The traffic on Sanibel can be horrible. We loved biking. We also used the communal laundry room and it was clean and efficient. The communal pool was warm and clean. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed from a hairdryer to beach chairs. If you need some time off the beach, I recommend visiting the Historical Village.

Perfect!!

Where do I start?? The perfect place in the perfect location!! Great views right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed! We stayed in the unit below when we were in Sanibel last June and loved it so much, 6 months later we returned (1 floor up)! The condo was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of room for our family of 4!
