This Magnificent Villa For rent in San Teodoro consist of 2 floors characterized by colourful spaces:
- the ground floor has a spacious living area which opens to the precious veranda where you can relax in front of your private swimming pool. There is also a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 singles beds), 2 bathrooms;
- in the basement floor: you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom

The villa can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults plus 1 kid in a small bed)

Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa, and cleaning procedures (therefore, not precisely at 4:00 p.m. on the dot).
For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies.
In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. * For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies.
In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is provided, the practice management costs of € 25.00 as well as the costs of the transfer will be retained
