The Pros: Gabriel was VERY nice and forthcoming, the bathroom was cute, and the location is in the hills not far from some great beaches. So, that's why 3 stars, maybe it should be 2 stars... bcThe Cons: .. the brutal reality is that the pictures are VERY deceiving, depicting a light flooded bright unit with cute luxurious interior, while the harsh reality was a sub-terrainean or basement unit, with only one single window facing into the neighbor's parking lot, who then walk through your front "yard" to visit the upstairs landlord. The point is, the unit has no natural nor any light, not much privacy, no pretty view, and a bone dry backyard. The tv remote needed batteries, a lighter (we asked for) for the stove, a small A/C unit that is either freezing or slow, and the dishes aren't in its logical kitchen space, nor was there a trash can under the sink. My point is that it feels like nobody had ever practiced staying there, just some rando stuff thrown in there. In the interior, the furniture style is also random, and both beds are pull out or fold out beds which doesn't make it particularly cozy...Well, sure, it was clean, and I don't want to complain, but in retrospect, for that type of money at over 200 per night, and with the few days we had in Italy coming all the way from the US, we would have rather spent a few dollars more and find some more memorable nice hotel/ place who don't mind throwing the trash away for you, and who don't charge extra for linens and sheets.
