Sasueta Manor House 5 minutes from downtown

Spectacular manor house in the San Sebastián area just 5 minutes from downtown, in a quiet residential neighborhood and two minutes from the Arzak Restaurant with three Michelin stars. It has five double rooms, one of them located on the first floor of the house and free of architectural barriers for people with reduced mobility and with a bathroom with shower. The other four rooms are on the second floor with three other bathrooms, one of them incorporated into one of the rooms, all overlooking the garden. It is the only house with a large private pool with trampoline in the San Sebastián area, with communication, to the center every 5 minutes with two bus lines. In the front of the house there is a terrace of 100 m, and the pool can be used from Easter to the end of September. It has a dressing room plus bathroom with shower with hot water in the garden. It has space to park four cars and you can enjoy a garden of more than 1,200 square meters with built-in barbecue. The house also has a chicken coop where you can enjoy the eggs on arrival as a gift, apart from other gastronomic details of the region. It is a charming house with all the possibilities for a spectacular vacation in San Sebastián. The keys are given in the same house, as are all the information about the city. Baby cot can be added at no additional cost if needed. Other services that are required will be informed at the time of arrival. The house has an alarm, wifi and hair dryers in all bathrooms, apart from a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a dream vacation.

Much better than the pictures make you believe!

Lovely stay with family and one friend. Great location to visit the city, but also the surroundings. Beautiful garden and really nice swimming pool. Very friendly owners and helpfull. We may well return some day.

Fabulous house and garden

Spacious house, lovely terrace, garden and pool. Lovely floors and decor. Well furnished and fully equipped, everything worked. Ainhoa was extremely flexible, with our arrival and departure, she was very responsive and helpful. The house suited our family perfectly. It is very easy to get downtown on the bus, and a great walk can be made from the house up Ulia and along to Pasaia. No shortage of great restaurants in San Sebastian! The traditional Sideria just across the railway by the Station was great fun and a very enjoyable fixed menu. Hardly necessary to say that there are classic cycling routes close by up Jaiskibel and to Igueldo, Getaria and beyond.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and comfortable, had great kitchen and cooking facilities, and was walking distance to downtown and and the food market. The host was terrific and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a large family!

We had a lovely time - the house was great and very roomy! Garden and pool are lovely. Very handy location for getting into the town by bus. We rented a car - which was not necessary as can walk to grocery store easily also.

Sasueta Manor House.

We were a group of 8 - 6 adults, 2 children and my husbands guide dog. From the point of confirming our villa stay - the host Ainhoa was always at the end of the phone answering our questions. 2 of our party were on a road trip with their motorhome and travelled from Paris to the villa and needed some work on the motorhome and Ainhoa was so helpful with arranging their garage booking etc and this was before we even arrived at the Villa. The Villa is beautiful in stunning secure grounds and the pool was fab and big enough for us all. Ainhoa was so accommodating and worked hard in getting us an early check in and spent time with us during the check in handover to make sure we had all the info we needed to ensure we had a great stay. The location is lovely but about a 20 min walk into the town or a quick bus ride (No 13 or 14) and that takes into the town where it all happens! The villa was certainly big enough for us with just loads of space and we were all very comfortable and Geryl our guide dog loved it and was able to walk around freely and we were safe in the knowledge that there was no way he could get out onto the road. Ainhoa and her husband are great hosts and reassuring to know that you aren't just handed the keys and left to get on with it - they were always available on the phone if we needed anything. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa or the hosts - the villa is fully equipped with everything you would need. Thank you. The Wheltors

Opplevde San Sebastian og omegn

Leiligheten er ett flott utgangspunkt for turer. God buss og togforbindelse, mange flotte steder å oppleve med en biltur, eller rett og slett ta bena fatt. Vi gikk til Pasaia og hadde en flott matopplevelse på Casa Camara. Noe som trekker ned inntrykket er at solsenger som var revnet ikke var byttet ut med nye og grill som var delvis. En markise var på halv tolv. Så vedlikehold burde vært bedre. Men vi stortrivdes og dugde for oss.

A convenient, clean villa with beautiful garden and outstanding transport links

A superb villa with a lush garden, swimming pool, and easy links into the centre. There were 8 of us staying and it was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and our stay was comfortable in every way. Our host, Ainhoa, could not have made our stay easier: she recommended some great places to eat and was available by text/phone whenever we had a question. She was so kind to us and very flexible (especially when our initial flights were cancelled and we had to change dates last-minute!). All of us enjoyed yourselves and we would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable place to use as a base to visit San Sebastián and the surrounding area.

UTTERLY CHARMING HOUSE

The house and gardens were really beautiful. And Ainhoa could not have been nicer or more welcoming. She even supplied hairdryers and toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The kitchen was really well stocked. We cooked for ourselves only twice in two weeks (incuding one BBQ), but after all we were in San Sebastián, the gourmet capital of Spain, so going out for pintxos was irresistable! The house is traditionally furnished in a timeless and charming fashion, with beautiful pictures on the walls of local scenery and seascapes. I highly recommend this house, and hope we'll be back again. Thanks for everything, Ainhoa!

Excellent accueil et maison très agréable

Ainhoa est une hôtesse très accueillante et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes ses attentions avant et à notre arrivée. Elle a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos sollicitations et a toujours été de bons conseils. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous étions 9 et avons profité de beaux espaces communs à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur tout en ayant notre intimité dans les chambres et salles de bains. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine et son toboggan. L’emplacement est proche de San Sebastian, nous avons pris les bus très réguliers et pratiques. Une très belle semaine à San Sebastian.

Très belle maison de ville, idéalement située à San Sebastian. Magnifique terrasse et commodités pour un séjour réussi en groupe. Hôtes très sympas et accueillants, petit welcome package inclus (tortilla somptueuse!). Vraiment top pour visiter San Sebastian et ses environs et se détendre dans un cadre urbain et sympa!
